These Terms of Website Use apply to your access and use of transport.riseedgeventures.co.za (the "Site"), operated by RiseEdge Ventures (Pty) Ltd ("RiseEdge Transport", "we", "us"). Booking a trip is also governed by our Booking Terms and Conditions.

2. Acceptable use
You may use the Site for lawful purposes related to learning about our services and requesting quotes or bookings. You must not:
- Attempt to disrupt, scrape excessively, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Site or related systems.
- Submit false, abusive or fraudulent booking or lead information.
- Use the Site in a way that breaches South African law or infringes others' rights.
3. Quotes, pricing displays and status
Live prices and quotes shown on the Site are calculated from the details you enter and our published rates. Displaying a price does not by itself confirm a trip. Submitting a booking request stores a reference and may lock a displayed Instant price; operator approval (and payment where a deposit applies) is still required. 4. Intellectual property
Site content, branding and layout are owned by us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for personal or internal business evaluation. You may not copy, republish or commercially exploit Site content without our prior written consent, except where fair dealing or other law allows.
5. Third-party services
The Site may load or link to third-party services (for example maps, analytics with consent, or payment arrangements described offline). Those providers have their own terms and privacy practices.
6. Disclaimer
We aim to keep the Site accurate and available, but we do not warrant uninterrupted access or that every page is error-free. Service availability, fleet assignment and trip confirmation are governed by the Booking Terms and operational capacity — not by browsing alone.
