RiseEdge Transport aims to make transport.riseedgeventures.co.za usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies. We design with clear structure, readable contrast on primary content, labelled form fields, keyboard-accessible booking controls where practical, and a skip link to main content.
What we do
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images where they convey information.
- Keep primary navigation and booking paths available without relying on a single input method.
- Offer equal-weight cookie consent choices (accept, reject, manage preferences).
- Support contact by phone / WhatsApp and email if the website is difficult to use.
Known limitations
Parts of the booking experience depend on third-party map and address tools. Some complex interactions may not yet meet every WCAG 2.2 AA success criterion. A full external accessibility audit has not been claimed as complete. We improve issues as we identify them.
