How far in advance should I book an airport transfer?
A day or two ahead is ideal, especially for early-morning flights. Same-day bookings are welcome too - book on the website. Trips with less than 4 hours notice go to operator availability review first; we tell you immediately if yours does.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Send us your flight number when you book. Domestic arrivals include 60 minutes grace after landing; international 90 minutes. Reasonable delays with a valid flight number are not charged as waiting. Waiting beyond grace is charged per started 30 minutes and is never pre-charged on the quote.
How much luggage can you take?
Economy Hatchback / Compact suits 1-3 passengers with normal airport luggage (4 passengers only with light luggage that fits). Standard Sedan suits up to 4 with a larger boot. The 7-seater MPV suits heavier luggage or 5-6 passengers with light bags. Oversized loads or 5-6 passengers with one large suitcase each may need a larger vehicle or operator review - the calculator warns you. Instant options only appear when that class is active in the RiseEdge fleet.
Do you do 3am and late-night airport runs?
Yes. After-hours trips between 20:00 and 06:00 carry a flat vehicle fee (Compact R100 / Sedan R125 / MPV R150). Ordinary Saturdays and Sundays have no automatic surcharge. Public holidays add 15% of the vehicle base fare. Every line item is shown before you confirm.
How do I get the price?
Book on the website - that is the primary booking path. Your live price calculates as you fill the form. WhatsApp is for support and questions, not the main way to get a quote.
