How event transport is planned

- Transfer-only movements (for example hotel to venue and back) versus vehicle-at-disposal / standby for the programme
Tell us whether you need transfer only (the vehicle can leave between drops) or vehicle at disposal / standby (the vehicle stays available for VIP runs and extra movements). Those are different quotes — we do not charge standby hours for a transfer-only movement. Larger bookings are quoted per requirement rather than forced through instant consumer pricing.

Complex event and multi-day transport is quoted after an operational review — not forced through instant consumer pricing. WhatsApp remains for questions, not as the booking database.
