The Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (PAIA) gives you a right of access to records held by private bodies, subject to the Act's grounds for refusal. 3. Requesting the PAIA Manual
A PAIA Manual (describing categories of records and how to request them) can be supplied on request. Email transport@riseedgeventures.co.za with the subject "Request for PAIA Manual" and your contact details. We will send the current manual or explain the status of preparation.
We do not publish a downloadable Form 1 or invent Information Officer particulars on this page. When the manual and IO details are finalised, they will be added here or provided on request.
4. How to lodge an access request
- Email transport@riseedgeventures.co.za stating that you are making a PAIA access request.
- Identify the records you seek as clearly as possible.
- Provide your full name, contact details, and any booking or account reference that helps locate records.
- We will confirm receipt, advise any prescribed forms or fees that apply under PAIA, and respond within the timeframes the Act requires (or tell you if more time is needed).
