How far in advance should I book an airport transfer?
A day or two ahead is ideal, especially for early-morning flights. Same-day requests are welcome too — message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm availability straight away.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Send us your flight number when you book. Before an arrival pickup we check the landing time, so a reasonable delay does not leave you stranded. Waiting time beyond the agreed pickup is charged at R50 per 30 minutes, agreed with you first.
How much luggage can you take?
Our 7-seaters have genuine boot space for airport luggage. For very large loads we fold seats and plan around your bags — extra-luggage handling is R50, confirmed upfront.
Do you do 3am and late-night airport runs?
Yes. After-hours trips between 20:00 and 06:00 carry a 25% surcharge, and the full price is always confirmed on WhatsApp before you book.
